GENERAL :Minimum opening order is £150.00, re-order
value is £150 plus VAT plus p&p. Carriage paid order value in mainland U.K.
is £250 plus VAT. First order on pro-forma only. Please order minimum two sets/pack/pieces
as adviced. Orders can be placed by post, fax, telephone or email.
ALLERGIES: All items are hypoallergenic. Metal Items are
mainly made of white metal, brass but
plated with gold, rhodium, silver, etc and coated with anti-allergy materials.
ACCOUNT OPENING: First order is always on pro-forma and
delivery is after the payment. An account opening form will be sent upon
request.
DELIVERY: Normally Orders are processed within 2 working days
but may take longer at busy time after the exhibitions and etc. If your items
are not in stock, they will be treated as back-order unless advised otherwise.
Normally all UK
deliveries above 2kgs are charged at £8.00.Heavy items weighing in excess of 20.00
kgs are charged separately. Additional charges applied for parcel going to
northern/southern Ireland,
remote Scottish islands and within EU.
RETURNS: Items may vary in colour and size due to
photography. We will exchange a faulty item if returned within a 14 days
period, provided that it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault or the
damage occurred prior to delivery. Items mistreated or damaged through wear and
tear cannot be replaced.
PAYMNET: We accept all major credit cards and debit
cards. We also accept cheques by customers. Goods are delivered only after the
cheque is processed and cleared into our company account.
ORDER
ONLINE: the order can be made
by telephone, fax, and email. While making an order please state clearly your
name, delivery details, quantity wanted and the price.
TRACKING
AN ORDER: We offer track and
trace services on most of the parcels. Please request for “Customer reference
number” from customer services before tracking your parcel. For details please
refer to Track and trace section.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: Please provide us complete address with postcode.
Failure to do so will result in delay of your parcel and delivery charges being
reverted to the customer if the parcel is returned to the sender.
