GENERAL TERMS
OF TRADE
MINIMUM ORDER
All orders are subject to terms and conditions.
- Minimum opening order is £150.00
(excluding VAT)
- Carriage paid on orders over
£250.00 within UK.
All orders under £250.00 are subject to carriage charge of £8.00.Exceptions
may apply to goods which are unusually heavy.
- Minimum repeat order is £100.00.
Orders under the Minimum repeat is subject to a handling surcharge of £10.00
CREDIT
1 We accept
Visa, Master Card and Debit cards as method of payments. We hope that by
providing this service, it will provide cost savings for you and speed up the
processing of your order.
2 If you do not have an account with us, your first order is
Pro-Forma.To open an account please ask for an “Account Opening Form”

including Delivery charges are subject to VAT
2 All
orders are subject to our terms & conditions. For details please ask for a
copy.
3 Payment is strictly Proforma basis. Ownership of goods shall not
pass to the customer until payment of invoice has been received in full. If the
customer is in default of payment, DG Accessories shall without prejudice to
any right or remedies available are entitled to recover the possession of goods
supplied. On delivery, all risk in connection with the goods shall pass to the
customer.
CLAIMS
1 No claims
for non delivery, shortage, damages or incorrect delivery will be considered,
unless it is notified to us within 14 days of delivery.
2 For all
damaged/defective goods: We will exchange a faulty item if returned within a
reasonable period, provided that it is clear that there is a manufacturing
fault or the damage occurred prior to delivery. Items mistreated or damaged
through wear and tear cannot be replaced. Please return faulty goods to DG Accessories
in its original packing and preferably unused condition. A credit note will be
issued for the damaged/defective goods upon receiving. Postage incurred for
damaged returns will also be credited to the credit note. No return of
merchandise will be accepted and no credit issued without our previous consent.
2 All
damages or returns to be sent to our 86 Commercial Road address.
